Cara joined the Mill Village team in 2024 as Grants & Development Manager. A New Jersey native with a Master’s in Public Policy, she is passionate about addressing systemic injustices and building stronger, more equitable communities.

With over 10 years of experience in fundraising and development across diverse nonprofit sectors, Cara brings a deep commitment to community enrichment and social impact.

Outside of work, she enjoys road-tripping, traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors—whether hiking, kayaking, camping, or gardening.
