Director of Impact & Innovation

As a member of Mill Village Ministries’ Leadership team, the Director of Impact & Innovation will work directly with the Executive Director to use advanced skills in research strategy, data collection, analytical inquiry, client relationship management and stakeholder engagement to lead the evolution and standardization of how data is collected across the participant journey and used across the organization to drive decision making.  This role will define, develop, use, and analyze measures related to our organizational priorities in order to drive improvement and understand impact. This role will be responsible for consulting internally across the organization to help enterprises build skill and capacity in measurement, evaluation, and innovation. This high impact role will ensure that Mill Village Ministries is learning and continuously improving using clearly-defined measures that communicate progress.


Village Wrench PT Service Mechanic

The PT Service Mechanic assists with maintaining the consistent and efficient stream of bike repairs, for both service tune-ups and the constant influx of donated bicycles needing to be refurbished. The mechanic also maintains inventory, equipment, and supplies in the workshop, while providing excellent customer service to customers and community members. 



Mill Village Farms (MVF) Program Director

The Mill Village Farms  Director will be responsible for leading the FoodShare and MVF teams and casting their visions. They will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with FoodShare partner sites, and providing effective communication. The position will be responsible for managing the produce prescription program, maintaining current partner relationships, onboarding new partners, and supporting the overall maintenance and growth of FoodShare Greenville. In addition, this role will direct and provide all supervisory support for MVF programs.  In collaboration with the MVM Youth Director, he/she will support farm related youth programming (Spoons & Sprouts) and apprenticeships. This position is high impact, managerial, community facing, and integral to the growth of MVF and FoodShare Greenville. The direct result of this position will be increased education and access to fresh produce for families in Greenville County facing barriers to purchasing fruits and vegetables.
